Mike Hanssen has been in the computer industry since 1988 working with hardware and some programming.  In 1995, he went to work for MicronPC as a Technical Support Representative and was quickly promoted to Technical Support Supervisor.  Then in 1999 he was again Promoted to Manager of Educational Technical Support.  In this period of time, he gained experience in a wide range of computer problems and found solutions to solve them.  After the Technical Implosion Mike left MicronPC in 2001 and started Hanssenteck, Inc.  Mike completed  the Cisco Systems CCNA.  (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Caiyun Hanssen has been in the Computer industry since 1994.  Caiyun has a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences.  Caiyun was with MicronPC as an Application Programmer until 2000.  She is a SUN Certified Java Developer.  With 2 Microsoft Certified Professional tests, C# .net Development and XML .net Services.  Currently she is studying for her MCAD Certification for the Microsoft .net Studio.  She has extensive experience in Database Design and Development in Oracle and SQL Server, both in Web and Desktop Applications Development.

Currently Hanssenteck has business relationships with several companies in other states.  Providing them with Server Management and maintaining Web Sites, as well as custom development of unique web based applications for their businesses.  Our core business is here in Idaho.  With our On-Site Support and Services, let us come out to you and assess your Computer and or Web Site needs.
